First off, I would like to praise your staff in Kitchener. I have purchased Filaments.ca products now for about 3 years and am very happy with them. Now that they are operating out of Kitchener I am able to pick up my orders and the staff are wonderful. They are extremely pleasant and helpful and have no problem just talking about their 3D printing projects and prining tips. Now as for the filaments, they are very good quality. Even those that I have opened and stored for more than a year still produce good results.

I love this filament. It's all I use for my cookie cutters. It's easy to print with and I love that it's produced in a controlled environment, using food safe additives and pigments, and comes with paperwork. I've tried many of the colours and prefer the opaque ones. Some of the colours like the pink dragonfruit, green apple, and berry blue have a translucency. I just wish they wouldn't go out of stock so often but I know the Filaments.ca team works hard to restock them. I frequently pick up my orders and the staff are great.
