- After the model is printed, please clean and blow-dry the model before putting it into the machine.

If the model become yellow after curing, please reduce the curing time. Over curing will lead to a yellowish model.
- Recommended ambient temperature is 0-40 degrees, and the ambient humidity temperature is 20%-50%.
- Please do not use it for more than 40 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.

Cure Time: If model diameter less than 30 mm, the curing time is recommended to be 2 minutes. If the surface structure of the model is complex, it is recommended to increase the curing time properly.
- Special Notes: The washing function is not quite suitable for 3D models printed with water washable resin, which is better to be washed with running water.

A handheld UV lamp
Additionally, there is a handheld UV lamp to cure the interior or nooks and crannies of 3D printed parts for smoother surface and incredible print quality, also ideal for curing assembled models.

Large washing volume
With an 7000ml large capacity sealed water tank, you can directly wash large models printed or clean parts in batches, which offers substantial time savings and improves your productivity.
Friendly Tips: Kindly be aware that for the Saturn 4 series and Jupiter series, the build platform must be removed for cleaning, which is different from other applicable models. For other models, please refer to the MAXIMUM WASH VOLUME in the specification section and assess whether the platform needs to be removed for cleaning based on the model's height.

UV Protection Cover
The transparent cover of the curing machine can block up to 99.9% of ultraviolet rays to improve resin solidification rate and protect your eyesight during curing process. A safety option automatically switches off the UV lights when you remove the cover. -
Convenient Operation Settings
Simply press and hold the knob for 3 seconds to turn on, with a neatly interface for easily operating the washing and curing functions. The settings time can be adjusted for maximum 30 minutes according to your needs.

Yes, the machine is compatible with all Elegoo models. However, please note the following:

Shipping in Canada:
We ship Canada wide. We use numerous providers for our shipments. Large shipments, 50kg or more may be shipped by freight. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the carrier during the checkout process. Any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information as well as delivery refusal will be at the customer's expense.
All orders are shipped "Signature not required" unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply).
All orders are shipped directly from our Kitchener, Ontario warehouse.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within Canada - to select jurisdictions - for orders totaling CAD $125 or more before tax. To take advantage of this offer, please choose the free shipping option during the checkout process.
We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping method. The shipping fee coverage for the free shipping option is limited to shipping services with charges up to CAD$50.
Free shipping does not apply to bulk or custom orders with discounted pricing.
Local Pickup:
Filaments.ca offers local pickup from our location in Kitchener, Ontario. To take advantage of local pickup, choose 'local pickup' as the shipping method at checkout.

Tracking Numbers:
As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number. Some shipping options such as envelopes or local deliveries may not have a tracking number.
Failed Deliveries:
Please note that in case of a refused delivery or if a shipment fails to be delivered to you because no one is home or available to receive the package, the courier WILL send the package back to us at OUR expense. When this happens, we will try to contact you and make further arrangements. These additional shipping charges incurred as well as charges to re-ship the package, will be forwarded to you, the customer. Therefore, please ensure that someone is always available to receive the package or pick it up from your local post office/courier facility before the courier ships it back to us.
Processing Time:
We strive to ship out orders as soon as same day for all orders placed by 2pm EST. Although depending on order specifications, it can take between 24 to 48 hours. Unexpected issues may further delay this process and will be communicated accordingly.
Out of Stock & "Sold Out" Products:
The inventory in our online store and the inventory in our warehouse are synced. When you purchase a product on our online store it means the product is already in stock and ready to ship. But on very rare occasions, technical issues might cause this sync to fail, and one or more of the products purchased might be out of stock. IF this happens, we will offer an alternative product or refund you for the out of stock item/s. Your order may be marked as "partially fulfilled", meaning we will immediately ship the items that are in stock and the rest will be shipped as soon as the item/s are back in stock.
Products marked as "Sold Out" or "Unavailable" are normally available again within 1-4 weeks. Feel free to check back or contact us for information about availability of specific products.

Filament and Resin: If your filament spool is defective (due to a manufacturing error), please contact Filaments.ca within 30 days of delivery. We'll gladly send you a replacement at no charge. Note that incompatibility with your printer is not considered a defect.

Printers, Accessories, and Other Products: For any issues with printers, accessories, or other products, please contact Filaments.ca within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or return as needed. This does not replace any manufacturer warranty provided with the product. Items sold as-is or final sale are not covered by this policy.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. This applies to filament, printers, accessories, and other products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 17.5% restocking fee. Unfortunately we are not equipped to process returns at our physical store.
